A Charlotte Lawyer serves you
It is my honor to dedicate this business to an ideal I also work to embody. With that I pledge that your experience with Morris Law will always have no hassle service. I promise to remain up front and open, explaining the fees (if any) you will be responsible for. I promise to remain free for consultations. I may not end up representing you but the conversation is always free. Finally I promise you zealous representation.
Promise – up front and open – free consultations – zealous representation
What I do?
As someone with large student loans I am tempted to say, anything that pays. Common sense and the state bar limit me but I get to do what I love anyway. I am honored to serve people in need of criminal defense, people and business who need bankruptcy services and veterans who need help with VA claims. I am a Charlotte bankruptcy attorney dealing with Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 petitions. This experience positions me to counsel on all types of collection defenses; debt resolution, debt protection, wage garnishment, even mortgage defense. I also serve the community as a criminal defense attorney. This practice keeps me in the courtroom and out interacting with people. Services include, but are not limited to defenses in misdemeanor charges, felony charges, and traffic violations.
Most of all I am proudest to serve Veterans and their families with the compensation they deserve from the VA. Whether you are lost in a maze of paperwork, just been denied an appeal, or don’t know if you qualify, I can assist you wherever you may be.
